Quick Checkout List

1. Trash
   • Condense all trash into as few bags as possible.
   • If the kitchen can is only partially full, leave the bag in place — I’ll keep using it.
   • Do not leave full bags outside where wild animals can get to them.
   • Boot Lake House: Full bags can go in the outside trash can.
   • H-58: Full bags go in the laundry room.
   ⚠️ Note: There is no recycling. Anything that stays at the house goes to a landfill. I also don’t take cans or bottles back to the store.
2. Towels
   • Gather all towels in one spot.
   • You may place them in the washer, but please do not start the laundry — I may have other items to add, and this helps avoid overloading the machine.
3. Beds
   • Do not strip the beds. I bring fresh bedding with me, and washing bedding on-site adds significant time and extra steps. Leaving it as-is helps keep turnover smooth.
4. Checkout Time
   • Checkout is at 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise agreed.
   • If we arranged a later time, the standard message may still say 10:00 a.m., but our agreement will be honored.
   • Please send a quick note when you’ve checked out.
