Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is included and open. No password required.

TV & Streaming

Roku TV available. Please log in to your own streaming services.

Kitchen & Supplies

Use dishes, utensils, or cookware. Please wash after use. Rack dry is fine.

Regularly stocked:

• Coffee, sugar, powdered creamer
• Salt, pepper, garlic
• Toilet paper 1 (6 pack), paper towel (1–2 rolls)
• Dish soap, all-purpose cleaner
• Laundry soap, softener sheets
• Hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash
• Garbage bags
• Foil or plastic wrap

Bath Mats

No separate mats. Use a towel.

Laundry

Washer and dryer available. Fresh towels are usually in the dryer.

Fire Pit

Buy wood at roadside stands. You are responsible for safety. Check for bans: Michigan DNR Burn Permits.

Communication

I avoid interrupting guests but respond when possible. Cell coverage can be spotty. If something is wrong, message me. If I can’t fix it that day, I’ll handle it next trip out.

Photography

Most photos have tags. If not, text me a pic and I’ll price it. PayPal or Venmo: p77hugener@gmail.com. Large – $150 / Small – $70
